1. Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days in Pakistan.

2. Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

3. Shipping Partners: We use trusted couriers like TCS, Leopard, M&P, etc.

4. Order Tracking: Tracking info is shared via SMS/email after dispatch.

5. Missed Deliveries: Re-shipping charges apply if delivery fails due to incorrect info or absence.

6. International Shipping: Currently not available — deliveries only within Pakistan.
