We provide our customers with a confirmation call before dispatching the product. In
order to cancel the shipment, customers are required to do so by refusing to confirm
the order.
In case the customer decides to cancel after the order has been confirmed and the
order has been dispatched, the customer is required to pay the shipment fees incurred
to the courier service.
